1. Order Processing Time

All our handcrafted items are carefully inspected, packed, and processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday).

Custom or made-to-order items may require 3–5 business days for crafting prior to dispatch.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Rates

Domestic Shipping (India): Delivered within 4–7 business days via reputed domestic couriers. Standard flat shipping or free shipping applies based on current cart promotions.

Selected Countries (Free Standard Shipping): We offer Free International Shipping to select destinations including [e.g., United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia]. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days.

Rest of the World: Standard calculated international shipping rates apply at checkout depending on parcel weight and destination country (Estimated transit: 10–20 business days).

3. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For all international shipments, any customs fees, VAT, import duties, or local entry taxes levied by the recipient's country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by local customs clearance procedures.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and carrier link.

Tracking details generally become active online within 24–48 hours after handoff to the courier.

5. Incorrect Address & Undelivered Packages

Please ensure that your complete delivery address, contact number, and postal code are entered accurately at checkout.

Packages returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address or failure to pay local customs duties will require the customer to cover the reshipment fees.
